Profilo: Gruppo soul e pop britannico formatosi a Manchester nel 1984 dal cantante (e autore) Mick "Red" Hucknall con tre ex membri della band The Durutti Column - il bassista Tony Bowers, il batterista Chris Joyce e il tastierista/ottista Tim Kellett - più il chitarrista Sylvan Richardson e il tastierista Fritz McIntyre. La band ha firmato un contratto con la Elektra Records e ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto "Picture Book" nell'ottobre 1985.
